Jobat is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in the Brugge region to connect design and production, translating technical drawings into smooth assembly processes and ensuring quality, safety, and cost efficiency. You will work with engineering and production teams, analyze data, and drive improvements across tooling, processes, and digital applications.

Translate technical designs into efficient assembly processes.
Support teams in solving technical challenges and develop durable solutions.
Assess designs for quality, safety, manufacturability, ergonomics and cost efficiency.
Participate in technical meetings with engineering and production teams.
Optimize production flows, work methods and layouts.
Analyze data and implement concrete improvements.
Identify needs around tools, investments and technical provisions.
Explore and implement new technologies and digital applications in production.
