Job summary

Rf-Technologies in Belgium (Oosterzele region) seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to drive industrialization, Lean projects, and ERP data alignment. You will coordinate with R&D, purchasing and production to bring developments into factories efficiently and leanly.

Responsibilities include optimizing processes, analyzing data, and supporting automation projects while transferring production to Slovakia. A hands-on, structured mindset and fluency in Dutch and English are essential.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
1–3 years in production/engineering is a strong plus; open to graduates.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
Experience with ERP and project optimization in manufacturing is valued.

Responsibilities

Lead industrialization of new/adapted products; improve pre-series to mass production.
Drive lean projects (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) and reduce waste.
Map process flows, identify bottlenecks, and improve cycle times.
Set up new products in ERP (Dynamics 365) and align master data.
Collaborate on automation and investment projects across plants.
