Responsibilities

• Identify technical and commercial opportunities with customers and the market.
• Independently manage R&D projects from concept to market launch.
• Analyze complex challenges, validate assumptions with customers and colleagues, and deliver tangible results.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and keep projects on track.
• Test and analyze product properties with the laboratory team and document results.
• Develop product concepts and work with engineering, production and sales to bring them to market.
