HumanInTech in Brussels is seeking an experienced IT transformation and project management professional to lead multi-domain business-IT projects, including document management, electronic signature, and governance for essential services.

You will coordinate change management, risk, supplier management, and test management activities, working in a hybrid setup with on-site presence in Brussels and a strong focus on GDPR, NIS2 and security policies.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience in IT transformation projects and project management using Agile, Waterfall and Scrum.
• Advanced knowledge of change management and incident management.
• Familiar with public procurement specifications and test management.

Responsabilités

• Managing multiple business-IT projects in the document management domain including electronic signature
• Establishing test management practices for strategic projects
• Organising steering committees and maintaining PSR reporting
• Managing vendors, SLAs, deliverables and escalations
• Leading change management and communication with impacted users
• Preparing documentation and Move2Run handover to operations
