HumanInTech is seeking a Programme Manager to lead and coordinate activities for a Belgian public-sector organisation. You will align client needs with business, IT and supplier teams, and ensure milestones, costs and resources are managed effectively.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in programme management or similar roles.
• Experience in the public sector and with citizen-facing platforms.
• Certified Product Owner preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate programme activities for a Belgian public-sector organisation, ensuring alignment between client needs, business teams, IT teams and suppliers.
• Gather, analyse and formalise client requirements in line with programme objectives and priorities.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure alignment between business, IT and supplier teams.
• Plan and track activities, deliverables, milestones, dependencies and deadlines.
• Consolidate effort estimates, costs and resource needs for developments and enhancements.
• Manage and monitor the delivery of software solutions and adaptations, ensuring deadlines, quality and commitments are met.
• Identify, analyse and track risks, issues, dependencies and deviations, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure the quality, compliance and fit of delivered solutions with client needs and requirements.
• Manage programme governance and provide regular reporting and communication to stakeholders
• Maintain operational documentation and contribute to continuity, stability and continuous improvement of services.
• Act as application manager for access activities and contribute to client satisfaction
