AG Solution, part of the Quariq Group, seeks a Business Process Consultant to map, analyze, and improve processes for industrial clients. You will facilitate workshops, identify inefficiencies, and design practical, scalable improvements while collaborating with automation and data teams.

You will work on-site with clients in manufacturing environments, building strong relationships and guiding change management through structured process thinking and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to map processes with conflicting inputs and derive a clear picture.

Responsabilités

• Map current business and production processes with client stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities using structured methods.
• Facilitate workshops with operators, engineers, and management to align on improved ways of working.
• Design and document new or improved processes (BPMN, SOPs, work instructions).
• Support implementation of process changes, including training and coaching end users.
• Define and track KPIs to measure impact of process improvements.
• Collaborate with automation, MES, and data teams to ensure processes are supported by systems.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted process partner.
