AG Solution in Antwerp, part of the Quariq Group, is seeking a Business Process Consultant to help industrial clients map, analyze, and improve how they work. You will lead workshops, document processes, and design practical, efficient ways of working.

You’ll collaborate with automation, MES, and data teams, track KPIs, and support change management on-site with clients in manufacturing environments. A relevant degree and fluency in English and Dutch are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to map processes with conflicting inputs into a clear, structured picture.
• Confident facilitator, capable of leading workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Structured, hands-on problem solving approach.
• Excellent communication in English and Dutch.
• Willing to work on-site in an industrial/manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Map current business and production processes with client stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities using structured methods.
• Facilitate workshops with operators, engineers, and management to align on improved processes.
• Design and document new or improved processes (BPMN, SOPs, work instructions).
• Support the implementation of process changes, including training and coaching end users.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of process improvements.
• Collaborate with automation, MES, and data teams to ensure improved processes are supported by the right systems.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted process partner throughout the engagement.
