AG Solution, now part of the Quariq Group, seeks a Data / Business Analyst to turn operational and business data into insights that drive better decisions for industrial clients. You will build dashboards, reports, and documentation to support process improvement and digital projects across shop floor and business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Turn a messy export from three different systems into a dashboard that answers a question.
• Analytical and structured thinking; comfortable with numbers and storytelling.
• Clear communicator, able to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Open and adaptable to working with a variety of data and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Collect, clean, and analyse operational and business data from production, quality, and planning systems.
• Build clear, actionable dashboards and reports for operational and management stakeholders.
• Gather and document business requirements for data, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in production and business processes.
• Support root-cause analysis for quality, downtime, or performance issues.
• Work closely with process engineers, MES consultants, and automation teams to align data needs with system capabilities.
• Document data flows, KPIs, and definitions to ensure consistent reporting across projects.
• Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders in a clear, non-technical way.
