AG Solution, part of the Quariq Group, seeks a Process Engineer / Process Analyst to analyze, document, and improve client production processes. You will translate how work happens into clear, standardised process documentation and collaborate with automation, MES and IT teams.

Design future-state processes using BPMN, define governance and KPIs, and support workshops with stakeholders to validate requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to structure complex processes.
• Structured way of working with attention to detail and clear documentation.
• Ability to translate operational reality into clear, standardised process documentation.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

About The Job

As a Process Engineer / Process Analyst, you analyse, document, and improve the business and production processes of our industrial clients. You combine structured process modelling with a sharp eye for inefficiency, translating how work actually happens into clear, standardised process documentation that others can build on.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Analyse and document existing business and production processes across client operations.


• Design and document future-state processes using BPMN.


• Identify process improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, quality, and consistency.


• Define and document process standards, governance, and KPIs.


• Support workshops with business and operational stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.


• Work closely with automation, MES, and IT teams to ensure improved processes translate into working solutions.


• Produce clear, structured process documentation and maintain process repositories.


• Track and report on the impact of implemented process improvements.

Essential Skills

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field


• A problem-solving and critical mindset: able to understand and structure complex processes, even when the starting picture is messy.


• Structured way of working with strong attention to detail and clear documentation.


• Ability to translate operational reality into clear, standardised process documentation.


• Good communication skills, comfortable gathering input from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Open and adaptable to working with a variety of tools and methods: willing to learn what the job requires.


• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Nice to have

• Process mapping / BPMN experience is an asset.


• French is an asset.


• Lean Six Sigma qualification or affinity with structured process-improvement methods


• Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments.


• Experience with or interest in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, food) is a plus.
