AG Solution is seeking a Process Engineer/Process Analyst to analyse, document, and improve processes for industrial clients. You will combine BPMN modelling with clear, standardised process documentation to enable improvements across operations.

Join a global team and contribute to digital transformation in manufacturing, with opportunities to collaborate with automation, MES, and IT teams. English and Dutch fluency is essential, with a strong focus on structured documentation and stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
Problem-solving mindset with ability to structure complex processes.
Structured approach with strong attention to detail and documentation.
Ability to translate operational reality into standardised process documentation.
Excellent communication, able to gather input from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to learn new tools and methods.

Responsabilités

Analyse and document existing business and production processes across client operations.
Design and document future-state processes using BPMN.
Identify process improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, quality, and consistency.
Define and document process standards, governance, and KPIs.
Support workshops with business and operational stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
Work closely with automation, MES, and IT teams to ensure improved processes translate into working solutions.
Produce clear, structured process documentation and maintain process repositories.
Track and report on the impact of implemented process improvements.
