Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering; Civil/Construction engineering is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of demonstrable industrial asset management experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (non-technical requirement).
• Knowledge of ISO 55000, SEVESO and Eurocode required.
• Willingness to own asset management scope and grow civil/structural depth on the job.
• Ability to perform data analysis and translate findings into practical maintenance strategies.

• Set up and roll-out asset management for civil and building assets.
