Arcadis in Hoboken, Belgium is seeking an Industrial Asset Management Engineer to set up and roll out an asset management system for civil and building assets within an industrial environment. You will translate asset management principles into practical maintenance strategies and lifecycle plans, coordinating with production, maintenance, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering; construction/civil focus preferred, otherwise compatible discipline.
• Minimum 1 year demonstrable experience in industrial asset management (planning, maintenance strategy, lifecycle).
• Knowledge of ISO 55000, SEVESO and Eurocode required.
• Ability to translate technical findings into practical maintenance strategies.
• Experience coordinating projects with contractors or inspection partners.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set up and implement asset management system for civil and building assets within an industrial site.
• Develop multi-year maintenance plans and lifecycle strategies.
• Capture and analyze complaints and opportunities; translate into maintenance actions and proposals.
• Define and monitor criticality, risk analyses and performance indicators.
• Coordinate work with production, maintenance and engineering; prepare interventions and work packages.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 55000, SEVESO and Eurocode across activities.
