Netwerk is seeking an Industrial Asset Management Engineer to contribute to the set-up, implementation and continuous improvement of the asset management system for civil structures and building assets at our site.

The focus is on tactical asset planning, maintenance strategy and lifecycle management, translating operational complaints into concrete proposals and ensuring data-driven decisions across production and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering with civil/construction exposure.
• Affinity with civil engineering and asset management.
• Knowledge of ISO 55000, SEVESO and Eurocode requirements.

Responsabilités

• Set up tactical plans for the reliability and lifetime of civil/building assets.
• Create and improve multi-year maintenance plans.
• Capture, structure and analyze production complaints and opportunities.
• Define KPIs for asset management.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance and engineering stakeholders.
