EngiFlex seeks an Industrial Asset Management Engineer to join our Hoboken site in Belgium. You will help design, implement and continuously improve asset management for civil and building assets, focusing on tactical planning, maintenance strategies and lifecycle management.

You will translate risk-based insights into concrete actions, collaborate with production and engineering, and shape a pragmatic asset management approach across the site.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering; civil/structural affinity preferred
• Strong civil/structural knowledge and asset management experience
• Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
• Experience with RBI, RCA, criticality, risk analysis, degradation and remaining-life assessments

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and roll out asset management system for civil/building assets
• Develop multi-year maintenance plans and lifecycle strategies
• Analyze risks, degradation and incidents to reduce structural risks
• Prepare work packages with scope, documents, permits, safety conditions and planning constraints
• Coordinate contractors and stakeholders during engineering and execution phases
• Prepare project scope documents and CAPEX/OPEX proposals
