EngiFlex in Hoboken, Belgium, is seeking an Industrial Asset Management Engineer to join the asset team onsite. You will build, implement and continuously improve the asset management approach for civil structures and building assets at an industrial production site.

You will focus on tactical asset planning, maintenance strategy and lifecycle management, translating issues into concrete actions and proposals, while collaborating with production and engineering stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in industrial asset management, with a focus on tactical asset planning, maintenance strategy and lifecycle management.
• Experience implementing an asset management system in an industrial environment.
• Master's degree in engineering; Civil/Construction background advantageous but not required.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 55000, SEVESO and Eurocode.
• Ability to translate inspection data and risks into practical maintenance strategies.

Responsabilités

• Asset management system set-up and implementation: design, implementation and rollout for civil/building assets.
• Asset planning and lifecycle management: multi-year maintenance plans and KPI definitions.
• Risk analysis and continuous improvement: root-cause analyses, degradation trends and remaining-life assessments.
• Work preparation and execution support: scope, documents, permits, safety and planning constraints.
• Small improvement projects: define scope, budget and coordinate contractors.
• Design and compliance support: ensure inspectability, reliability and regulatory compliance.
