Engiflex in Hoboken, Belgium, is seeking an Industrial Asset Management Engineer to join the asset team at our industrial production site. You will help build, implement and improve the asset management approach for civil structures and building assets, focusing on tactical asset planning and lifecycle management.

You will translate risks and degradation insights into concrete maintenance strategies, create and maintain multi-year maintenance plans, define KPIs, and coordinate with production,

Qualifications

• Experience with asset management for civil/building assets.
• Ability to translate degradation data into maintenance strategies.
• Familiarity with ISO 55000 and lifecycle thinking.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to design and rollout of asset management system for civil/building assets.
• Structure asset registers, criticality frameworks, and KPIs.
• Define and follow up performance indicators for civil and structural assets.
• Translate risks and opportunities into maintenance strategies and proposals.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance and engineering stakeholders.
