Earthstream is seeking an Industrial Asset Management Engineer – Civil & Structural Assets – Medior in Hoboken, Belgium. The role focuses on setting up and improving the asset management system for civil structures within an industrial environment, driving lifecycle thinking and maintenance strategies.

You will work with a cross-disciplinary team to translate ISO 55000 principles into practical methods, manage data, and deliver small improvement projects while coordinating with production,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering with civil/construction focus.
• Demonstrable asset management knowledge in industrial settings.
• Experience with ISO 55000 and risk-based decision making.

Responsabilités

• Set up tactical plans for civil and building asset reliability, safety and lifetime.
• Create, manage and improve multi-year maintenance plans for civil structures and buildings.
• Capture, structure and analyse complaints and opportunities from production.
• Translate risks into maintenance strategies and project proposals.
• Define and track performance indicators for asset management.
• Prepare work packages and hand over to coordinators for execution.
