Job summary

Telenet in Brussels is seeking an experienced Incident & Problem Manager to join the Central Operations team. You will coordinate incidents and drive improvements to service reliability, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and rapid escalation when needed.

You will conduct root cause analyses, collaborate with IT and network teams, participate in on-call duty, and help maintain operational excellence across services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Several years in Incident Management, Problem Management, or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incidents and service interruptions.
• Ensure clear communication to all stakeholders.
• Monitor incident follow-up within agreed SLAs.
• Act as the escalation point for business issues.
• Conduct root cause analyses and manage problem management.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to enhance service reliability.
• Participate in on-call duty and support operational readiness.
