Mycompas is seeking an experienced continuity and incident-management specialist to help safeguard critical services. You will coordinate engineering teams to resolve incidents quickly, ensuring adherence to SLA targets and proper Resolver Group and Service Owner alignment.

Responsibilities include documenting continuity and disaster recovery plans, maintaining tests, and supporting the development and execution of continuity management exercises to validate preparedness.

• Experience coordinating engineering teams to resolve incidents within SLA targets.
• Extensive experience with telecommunications and information systems in static and deployed environments.
• Ability to identify and escalate complex problems appropriately.

Description du poste

• Knowledge of Services delivery, and practical experience coordinating engineering teams so that incidents are resolved as quickly as possible, within the SLA targets, and the right Resolver Group and Service Owner;
• Extensive experience with telecommunications and information systems in both static and deployed environments;
• Possesses experience in identifying and resolving complex problems and assignments, able to determine when problems should be escalated to a higher level .
• Language: A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential and some knowledge of the other is desirable.
