NCI Agency in Belgium is seeking an experienced specialist to support continuity, incident, and stakeholder management across information systems and telecommunications environments. You will develop continuity and disaster recovery plans, manage incidents, and coordinate with technical teams to meet SLA targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 2 years post-related experience, or 6+ years of progressive relevant expertise, and proven ability to resolve complex problems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience (Mandatory)
• Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post (Mandatory)
• Possesses experience in identifying and resolving complex problems and assignments, able to determine when problems should be escalated to a higher level (Mandatory)
• CIS operational and/or planning experience in applying analytical and systematic approach to problem solving (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of Services delivery, and practical experience coordinating engineering teams so that incidents are resolved as quickly as possible, within the SLA targets, and the right Resolver Group and Service Owner (Mandatory)
• Extensive experience with telecommunications and information systems in both static and deployed environments (Mandatory)
• Experience is demanding customer facing roles (Mandatory)

Responsabilités

• Continuity management: Develop and document a continuity plan, maintain continuity and disaster recovery docs, test plans and exercises, apply security controls, communicate risks, perform risk assessments, define secure configurations, investigate suspected attacks, manage risks and involve experts as needed
• Incident management: Manage incidents per procedures, diagnose and resolve, escalate when needed, support recovery and close incidents, improve procedures, work with others to implement remedies and preventative measures, analyze patterns to improve processes
• Stakeholder relationship management: Manage resolutions and communications, engage stakeholders, collect feedback for service standards, improve relationships, monitor delivery channels and provide technical briefings
