WorxInvest is seeking an Implementation & Operations Expert to help expand and professionalise Pay-out Services at HR Pay Solutions in Antwerp. • At least 5 years of experience in implementation, operations, service delivery, project coordination or process improvement.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, structured, solution-oriented mindset with analytical focus on quality and efficiency.
• Affinity with payroll, payments or fintech is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day operational collaboration with SD Worx, ProPay and external payment partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Own onboarding of new clients and partners through the full implementation journey.
• Manage contracting, implementation and service delivery processes for work-related payments.
• Monitor performance with milestones, dependencies, risks and issues, and take proactive actions.
• Ensure timely execution of salary and employee payments with high quality and reliability.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and standardisation for scalable operations.
• Monitor SLAs and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as escalation point for operational challenges and coordinate resolution with teams and partners.
• Prepare and analyse operational reports and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Finance.
• Contribute to growth of Pay-out Services with operational expertise and best practices.

As an Implementation & Operations Expert at HR Pay Solutions, you will play a key role in the expansion and further professionalisation of Pay-out Services. You will oversee the entire customer journey, from onboarding and contracting through to implementation, service quality and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with clients, payroll partners, payment partners and internal stakeholders to ensure processes run smoothly and are optimised. Thanks to your analytical mindset and hands-on approach, you will contribute to a scalable and high-quality service offering for work-related payments.

About the role

Your mission

• Coordinate the day-to-day operational collaboration with SD Worx, ProPay and external payment partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery of payment services and acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
• Take ownership of the onboarding of new clients and partners within Pay-out Services, guiding them through the full implementation journey and ensuring a seamless transition into operations.
• Manage the contracting, implementation and service delivery processes related to work-related payment solutions, ensuring timelines, requirements and compliance obligations are met.
• Monitor operational performance by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks and issues, proactively taking action where required to safeguard service continuity and successful delivery.
• Ensure the accurate and timely execution of salary payments, employee payments, authority payments and other employer-related payment flows, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational standardisation, translating improvement initiatives into scalable and efficient ways of working.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), service quality and customer satisfaction, using performance data and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the escalation point for operational challenges, coordinating resolution efforts with internal teams, service providers and external partners to minimise business impact.
• Prepare, analyse and monitor operational reports, KPIs and management information, providing insights that support decision-making and performance management.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Finance, as well as external partners, to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration and alignment on business objectives.
• Support the further development and growth of the Pay-out Services proposition by contributing operational expertise, implementation best practices and customer-focused improvements.

Your profile

Who we are looking for

• We are looking for a professional with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Applied Economics, Business Engineering, Economics or a related field, or who has acquired an equivalent level of expertise through experience.
• You have at least five years of relevant experience in implementation, operations, service delivery, project coordination and/or process improvement.
• You have strong organizational and coordination skills and and excel at coordinating multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, partners and suppliers is important, as you will act as a key point of contact across different parties.
• You take a proactive and structured approach to your work and are known for your solution-oriented mindset.
• You combine an analytical mindset with a strong focus on quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• An affinity with payroll, payments, financial services or fintech is considered a strong asset.
• Strong communication skills are essential. You communicate fluently in both Dutch and English and are able to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
