Jobtailor in Belgium seeks a capable professional to translate customer requirements into IT solutions and implement them with the project team. You will act as the bridge between the customer and Bestmix departments including development, customer service, installation, administration and sales.

Responsibilities include training key users, documenting the application, testing, and supporting the customer service team. Occasional international projects are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Higher education in economics, accounting or taxation.
• Interest in IT and affinity with IT.
• Fluent Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
• German and/or French is an asset.
• Analytical mindset and entrepreneurial character.
• Ability to integrate smoothly in a team and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into an optimal solution.
• Implement chosen solutions in cooperation with the project team.
• Act as the link between the customer and Bestmix departments including development, customer service, installation, administration and sales.
• Train and guide the customer's key users.
• Document the application.
• Test the chosen solution.
• Support and advise the customer service department.
• Participate in international projects under supervision of an experienced project team.
