HumanInTech is seeking a senior ICT business analyst to join a Belgian public-sector project in the Antwerp region. You will analyse business requirements, translate them into functional specs, and ensure alignment between stakeholders and IT teams.

You will collaborate across departments to improve digital services for the public sector, with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering, documentation, and ongoing stakeholder communication.

• Experience working in complex organisational environments, ideally in the public sector.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
