Job summary

Cream Consulting is seeking an IAM-focused consultant to operate, monitor, and enhance access management processes and tools. You will guide end-users, handle IAM incidents, and ensure robust RBAC alignment while contributing to security initiatives across projects.

You will collaborate with security teams and clients to implement KPI-driven improvements and document procedures in line with organizational standards. Fluency in French and English is required, Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience.
• Interest in IT security of an organization.
• Proficient using security technology and processes (Identity & Access Management aspects, Segregation of Duties, Role-Based Access Control).
• Good knowledge of CyberSecurity best-practices.
• Able to work autonomously while being a strong team player.
• Good organizational and communicational skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch knowledge is an asset for some projects.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the proper execution of access management services

• Manage and analyze the application access rules and review the current business roles (RBAC)
• Implement and monitor the Key Performance Indicators for the Access Management Service

• Participate in the IAM strategy definition and evolution
• Conduct IAM assessments and identify gaps between the AS-IS situation and the envisioned future state for the organization
• Contribute to various long-term projects to consolidate the IAM tools and the overall security environment

Within the Infrastructure and Security practice, together with Marie, embrace your role and be responsible for the operation, monitoring, improvement, and development of the IAM processes and tools.

Your tasks

• Guarantee the proper execution of access management services
