TiTANS België is seeking an IAM & Security Automation Specialist focused on SailPoint and Windows environments. You will provide operational support for IAM initiatives, maintain SailPoint, automate certificate lifecycles, and develop PowerShell/Python scripts to improve security processes.

The role requires 5+ years in IAM and Windows enterprise environments, with strong scripting and a fluency in French or Dutch (and knowledge of the other language).

Qualifications

• Senior level with 5+ years in System Administration or IAM
• Experience automating IT or security processes using scripting (PowerShell/Python)
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), including lifecycle, provisioning, governance
• Hands-on SailPoint experience in an enterprise IAM environment
• Experience with access reviews, RBAC, and role modelling
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (change management)
• Knowledge of enterprise authentication technologies and protocols (LDAP, Kerberos, OIDC, SSO)
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and/or NIST security frameworks
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with good knowledge of the other national language (French or Dutch)
• Proven experience in Windows-based enterprise environments

Responsabilités

• Provide technical and operational support for IAM initiatives.
• Develop, support and maintain the SailPoint environment and resolve IAM issues.
• Support IAM processes including identity lifecycle, access provisioning and governance.
• Contribute to automation of certificate lifecycle and renewal in Windows environments.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python.
• Support integration between IAM/security solutions and existing infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot identities, authentication, access rights and security services.
• Test and implement security-related changes; document solutions and procedures.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure and Application teams; drive IAM improvements.
