EngiFlex BV is seeking an IAM & Security Automation Specialist to support ongoing security initiatives and to advance the SailPoint environment within a Microsoft Windows enterprise landscape. You will balance hands-on technical work with process analysis, troubleshooting and documentation.

You will collaborate with Security, Infrastructure and Application teams to automate identity lifecycle, access provisioning and governance, while contributing to RBAC and role mining efforts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in French or Dutch.
• Solid experience as System Administrator in Windows environments.
• Hands‑on scripting with PowerShell.
• Strong IAM experience incl. identity lifecycle, access management and governance.
• Experience with SailPoint in an enterprise IAM context.
• Knowledge of RBAC, role modelling and role mining.
• Familiar with ITIL processes, especially change management.
• Familiar with LDAP, Kerberos, OIDC and SSO.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and/or NIST.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical and operational support for IAM-related initiatives.
• Develop, support and maintain the SailPoint environment.
• Support IAM processes such as identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, role management, access governance and periodic recertification.
• Contribute to RBAC, role modelling and role mining activities.
• Help automate certificate lifecycle and renewal activities in a Windows environment.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts in PowerShell and/or Python.
• Support integrations between IAM and security solutions and the existing infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot issues related to identities, authentication, access rights and security services.
• Support testing and implementation of security-related changes per ITIL change management.
• Document technical solutions and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to improve IAM and security operations.
