HumanInTech is seeking an experienced System Administrator focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support security projects in a Belgian energy distribution setting. You will manage SailPoint, automate IAM processes, and integrate security solutions within a Windows-based infrastructure.

The role emphasizes hands-on implementation, troubleshooting, and documentation to continuously improve IAM operations and reduce manual interventions across the environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a System Administrator in enterprise environments.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), including identity lifecycle and access governance.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint in an enterprise IAM environment.
• Experience automating IT/security operational processes using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python).
• Experience supporting security/IAM solutions in large organizations.
• Experience working in Microsoft Windows-based enterprise environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational and technical support for IAM initiatives within the infrastructure team.
• Develop, support and maintain SailPoint environment and resolve IAM-related issues.
• Support identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, role management and access governance.
• Automate certificate lifecycle and renewal activities in Windows environments.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python.
• Support integration between IAM/security solutions and existing infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot identities, authentication, access rights and security services.
• Support testing and implementation of security-related changes.
• Document technical solutions and automated processes.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Application and other teams for IAM improvements.
