Job summary

ClearSource is seeking a freelance trilingual Business Analyst (Medior) in Brussels. The role supports digital transformation in the Assets domain, bridging business and IT, and coordinating with a German sister company.

Start date 2 November 2026; End date 31 December 2027; hybrid work in Brussels. Responsibilities include modelling business processes, capturing needs, translating them into epics and user stories, validating analyses, and supporting change management with training materials.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of Dutch, French and English.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Master's degree in a technical or economic field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and a critical mindset.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused approach and flexibility.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML.
• Experience using EA, Jira and TFS DevOps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Modelling business processes and supporting business teams in redesigning them.
• Identifying business needs and translating them into epics and user stories.
• Challenging business teams on their needs and proposed future processes.
• Developing required business information models.
• Harmonising processes across departments and with the German sister company.
• Aligning requirements between business and IT and obtaining validation.
• Validating the functional analysis produced by IT.
• Testing and validating releases after tool implementation.
• Supporting change management with training materials and end-user training.
