• 5–7 years of experience in business or data analysis in service-oriented environments.
• Certifications in business analysis, data analytics, or ITSM are assets.
• Experience with agile delivery environments and fast-paced transformation projects.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements with stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between business, policy, legal and technical teams to align objectives.
• Analyse and model business processes, information flows, data models and events.
• Support user journeys, wireframes and UX artefacts for multi-channel services.
• Provide functional support during implementation and governance activities.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs and OLAs and drive improvements.
• Deliver insights and promote best practices in requirements engineering and delivery.
