Qover in Brussels is hiring an autonomous Talent Acquisition Partner on a freelance or Belgian CDD for a minimum 3–4 months. You will lead a high-volume hiring sprint to build a new team of 15–25 people starting in December 2026, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

You will source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, ads, networking, and market research; advise business managers from intake through selection and closing; and ensure a positive candidate experience, all

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in a start-up or high-growth environment.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Lever a plus).
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; other languages are a plus.
• Autonomous, pragmatic, and able to manage a high volume of roles.

Responsabilités

• Own the full life cycle of recruitment from sourcing to closing.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, ads, events, and market research.
• Advise managers from job intake through selection, interviewing and closing.
• Provide a positive, high-touch recruitment experience for all candidates.
