Keystone Solutions in Brussels is seeking a Talent Recruiter to support a 3-month consultancy assignment at client sites across Belgium and Europe. You will own the full recruitment cycle, partner with hiring managers, and drive sourcing strategies while maintaining high data quality in the ATS.

You will be a trusted partner to business and candidates, coordinate assessments, and negotiate offers, leveraging a competency-based approach and personality testing where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in insurance/financial sectors.
• Competency Based Interviewing, STAR method, and personality tests.
• Excellent communication with hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience with ATS tools (Cegid/Talentsoft a plus).

Responsabilités

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process: understand business needs, sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, tests coordination, and offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with recruiting team members and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
• Act as a Trusted Partner for business and candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure data quality and keep records up to date in the recruitment tool.
