Jobat, a leading recruitment group in Belgium, seeks a Recruitment Consultant on the candidate side in Brussels. You will identify freelance professionals, conduct interviews, and match candidates to client needs.

You will build a strong talent pipeline, engage passive candidates, and work closely with sales to deliver tailored talent solutions while maintaining accurate candidate data in the ATS.

Responsabilités

• Identify and attract qualified freelance professionals through sourcing strategies
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess expertise
• Evaluate and match candidates with client requirements
• Build long-term relationships with freelance professionals
• Engage with passive candidates and develop a strong talent pipeline
• Provide candidates with guidance and market insights
• Partner closely with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver relevant talent solutions
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS
