Job summary

VeroTech is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to lead research initiatives in a complex, connected computing environment. You will translate high-level objectives into scope, milestones, and practical execution plans in close collaboration with technical teams.

You will balance project needs with resources and priorities, coordinating across system-level R&D activities while maintaining stakeholder alignment and applying structured project management practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD degree in relevant STEM with around 10 years of experience.
• Knowledge of computer architecture and system-level R&D.
• Extensive track record in project/change management using common methodologies.
• Experience with modeling of large-scale systems is a plus.
• Strong networking, communication and presentation skills with customer focus.
• Fluent in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Clarify project requirements and scope before project engagement.
• Define work breakdown structures from high-level plans in collaboration with the project team.
• Assess required resources, milestones, deliverables, team composition and dependencies for research projects.
• Monitor project progress against the approved plan, including key deliverables, critical progress and resource dashboards.
• Identify issues and risks, estimate their impact and escalates when needed.
