Hybrid Software Group is seeking a proactive Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and implement IT projects within agreed budgets and timelines. You will monitor updates to stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to switch between multiple projects and manage risks effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience as a Project Manager or project leadership in IT is required.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Able to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Systematic and analytical thinking with good prioritization.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and follow up projects with clients and employees to deliver on time and within budget.
• Communicate with customers, advise and support them, and manage expectations.
• Monitor planning accurately and verify objectives are achieved.
• Assess risks and their impact on projects and take actions to mitigate them.
• Supervise and manage Solution Engineers on long-term projects.
