Televic Conference is seeking an experienced engineer to own and drive internal and external research projects shaping our long-term product and technology strategy.

You will lead hands-on research, identify collaborations with institutes and partners, and translate ideas into concrete proposals, ensuring alignment with our R&D roadmap and enabling knowledge transfer to product development.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in CS or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent via experience).
• 5+ years leading internal and external R&D projects.
• Strong knowledge of audio/video signal processing, wired/wireless tech, or AI/ML.
• Experience validating research ideas experimentally.

Responsabilités

• Initiate and coordinate internal research projects.
• Identify collaboration and funding opportunities with research institutes and partners.
• Conduct hands-on research and experiments.
• Translate research ideas into project proposals.
• Support feasibility studies and early concept validation.
• Align research with product roadmap and R&D strategy.
• Ensure knowledge transfer from research to product development.
