Job summary

VeroTech is seeking a Technical Proposal Manager to translate customer needs into robust architectures and technical offers across defense and security sectors. You will drive proposal activities from requirements analysis to architecture definition in collaboration with sales, engineering and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree and at least 10 years of experience in complex electronics and IT systems, with proven public tender involvement and end-to-end architecture

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience.
• Experience with technical public tenders.
• Experience across the full development cycle (requirements, design, development, testing, integration).
• Background in end-to-end architecture, third-party integration and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and translate them into clear technical proposal requirements.
• Support sales teams in preparing technical offers for defense and security solutions.
• Lead the technical dimensions of proposals, including solution scope and feasibility.
• Define candidate architectures through trade-offs between cost, risk and schedule.
• Manage requirements allocation, performance assessment and critical parameters across the project life cycle.
