Qargo TMS in Ghent is seeking an Integration Analyst to connect our cloud-based Transport Management Platform with third-party systems. You will analyze, define, and manage integrations to enable seamless data exchange for customers and internal teams.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success to ensure scalable, reliable integrations. English fluency is essential; French is a plus, and there is substantial autonomy and impact in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a functional/technical analysis role.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to navigate software systems.
• Comfortable reading API documentation and working with data formats (JSON, XML).
• Proficient in English; French language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Interact with third parties to understand their solution, data model, API, and integration capabilities.
• Map out required integration components, defining scope and constraints for new projects.
• Define data mappings between Qargo and external systems, aligning formats and semantics.
• Support customers during validation and go-live, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality service.
• Provide documentation so that integrations can be reused by customer success teams.
• Lead lifecycle management by analysing change requests and driving continuous improvements.

About the Role

As an Integration Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of connecting Qargo with third-party systems. You will analyse, define, and manage integrations that allow seamless data exchange between Qargo and external solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and customers, ensuring that integrations are efficient, scalable, and meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a functional/technical analysis role.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate software systems effectively.
• Comfortable reading API documentation and working with data formats (JSON, XML, …).
• Proficient in English (French is a plus).
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
