Job summary

Qargo TMS in Ghent is seeking an Analytics Engineer to shape our data landscape. You will build data models, maintain data pipelines and develop dashboards that turn complex datasets into actionable insights for product, engineering, sales and finance.

You will contribute to both internal and customer dashboards, scale data infrastructure and support growth of analytics capabilities as Qargo expands. Hybrid work setup in Belgium with autonomy and ownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in data analytics or analytics engineering in SaaS or data-driven settings.
• Strong SQL skills and data modelling; able to build dashboards end‑to‑end.
• Experience with Lightdash, Superset, Tableau, Looker or Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, sales and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve data models and data pipelines with high data quality.
• Maintain and optimise in-app Lightdash dashboards across operations and finance.
• Develop internal BI dashboards to support cross‑department decision making.
• Create account management dashboards showing feature adoption and revenue insights.
• Develop product and engineering analytics dashboards with Mixpanel or custom tracking.
• Support integration reporting via dashboards on health, usage and performance.
• Build cost-analysis dashboards including API call costs and tenant breakdowns.
• continuously improve analytics environment and data quality processes.
