Qargo TMS in Ghent seeks a Team Lead Professional Services to build and lead a new team within the Professional Services organisation, guiding Business Analysts and Integration Delivery Managers to deliver successful customer implementations.

This role blends leadership with hands-on delivery, driving planning, prioritisation and visibility while supporting the team on functional and technical questions, and aligning with engineering across markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in people management.
• Strong organisational, time management and self-leadership skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing, consulting or software implementation environment.
• Technical affinity with APIs, system integrations and data flows.
• Excellent communication, able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating a distributed international team across time zones.
• Thrives in a fast-paced scale-up with building structure as you go.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and grow a Professional Services team across markets.
• Own planning, prioritisation and coordination of the team's work.
• Create visibility on project status, team capacity and progress.
• Coach and develop team members to take on ownership.
• Put processes and structure in place to support scaling.
• Support team on functional and technical questions without day-to-day execution.
• Coordinate with engineering to identify building blocks for efficiency.
• Coordinate across locations and time zones as teams expand.
