Job summary

Proactive Global in Belgium is seeking a Project Assembly Coordinator to manage international warehouse automation and logistics projects. The role coordinates complex assembly activities with internal teams, suppliers and external partners in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities include reviewing BOMs and RFQs, selecting assembly partners, ensuring materials, monitoring progress, and enforcing QSHE standards while maintaining cost and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Experience in project coordination, assembly, installation or a related technical environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with focus on quality, cost control and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assembly projects in advance, including reviewing plans, BOMs and RFQs.
• Select and coordinate external partners for assembly and equipment installation.
• Ensure the availability of all required materials, equipment and resources.
• Identify potential project risks and take proactive measures to prevent delays or issues.
• Coordinate with internal project teams, suppliers, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, with a strong focus on quality, cost and planning.
• Ensure compliance with QSHE requirements.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture throughout project execution.
• Represent the company professionally when working with external partners.
• Support projects from initial preparation through to successful execution and delivery.
