Job summary

Proactive Global in Belgium is seeking a Project Assembly Coordinator to manage international warehouse automation and logistics projects. The role coordinates complex assembly activities with internal teams, suppliers and external partners in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities include reviewing BOMs and RFQs, selecting assembly partners, ensuring materials, monitoring progress, and enforcing QSHE standards while maintaining cost and quality targets.

• Coordinate with internal project teams, suppliers, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, with a strong focus on quality, cost and planning.
• Ensure compliance with QSHE requirements.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture throughout project execution.
• Represent the company professionally when working with external partners.
• Support projects from initial preparation through to successful execution and delivery.

Project Assembly Coordinator - offering International Projects, Hybrid Working & Career Development.

• 50-65K EUR per year
• Belgium - hybrid working model, with 1 day remote per week.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Project Assembly Coordinator to join their team. This position is well-suited to a proactive, organised and solution-oriented person who is looking to coordinate complex assembly projects and contribute to the successful delivery of international warehouse automation and logistics solutions. This position is based in the Project Coordination department and works closely with internal project teams, customers, suppliers and external assembly partners.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with MS Project is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory.
• French or German language skills would be an advantage.
