Job summary

Eurocap and Eurocork, a family-owned SME producing cork closures, seeks a commercial representative to manage quotations, orders and customer visits. You will split time between the Rotselaar office and the road, handling a full portfolio from A to Z.

You will work with ERP/CRM, visit customers at trade fairs, develop new opportunities, and coordinate with production and R&D. Dutch, French, and English are required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial role (Inside Sales, Field Sales or combination).
• Willingness to split time between office work and customer visits.
• Affinity with technical products and processes; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tailored quotations based on customer needs and follow up.
• Process orders in the ERP system and coordinate delivery with production.
• Keep customers informed with confirmations, delivery dates and changes.
• Handle questions/complaints and ensure timely responses and resolutions.
• Maintain accurate sales administration and CRM records.
• Visit customers and prospects on site; represent the company at trade fairs.
• Generate turnover by expanding existing accounts and developing new opportunities.
