Job summary

Nestia Hospitality Group is seeking a Revenue Analyst to join our portfolio of 5 hotels across Belgium. You will work side by side with our Revenue & Finance Manager with real ownership from day one and room to grow.

You will monitor pricing across channels, manage inventory, support forecasts, and help test AI-driven pricing approaches, collaborating with hotel general managers and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hotel management, economics or similar.
• 0–2 years of experience in revenue, reservations, front office or hotel sales.
• Strong with numbers and Excel.
• Fluent in English; French & Dutch are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust room rates, packages and promotions across all channels (brand website, OTA's, GDS).
• Manage inventory and availability to optimise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Follow up and prepare daily pick-up, weekly performance and monthly reports for management.
• Analyse competitor pricing, market trends and booking patterns.
• Support the preparation of forecasts and budgets.
• Work closely with Revenue & Finance manager, General Managers and Sales & Marketing teams on pricing, promotions and channel decisions.
• Help test new tools and approaches, including AI-driven pricing and forecasting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AFTER YEAR 1

• You independently run daily pricing and reporting for 5 hotels
• You've contributed to hitting our ADR and RevPAR budgets
• You've led at least one improvement project

WHO YOU ARE

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's degree in hotel management, economics or similar
• 0–2 years of experience in revenue, reservations, front office or hotel sales
• Strong with numbers and Excel
• Fluent in English; French & Dutch is a plus

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with a PMS, RMS or channel manager (e.g. Mews, Opera, IDeaS, Duetto, SiteMinder)
• Interest in data analytics or automation

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross monthly salary between €2500 and 3000€, based on experience and profile
• Permanent, full-time contract (38h/week)
