Qualifications

• Master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as project leader/manager in a technical environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a product development context.
• Strong analytical skills and English fluency.

• Lead and steer the project team from concept to industrialization for OIS compressors.
• Safeguard technical coherence during design with cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive cost/value optimization and mentor the team throughout the product lifecycle.
