Keystone Solutions is seeking a Client Servicing Advisor for a consultancy role at a client site in the corporate banking sector. You will deliver expert services and maintain daily contact with strategic clients, handling working capital optimization, cash and treasury management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree in a relevant field.
• 50% on-site, 50% remote after initial training.
• No specific years of experience required.
• Good MS Office expertise.

Responsabilités

• Assist corporate banking clients with optimizing working capital, cash, and treasury management.
• Provide direct, international, and personal services to strategic clients, maintaining daily contact and managing operational questions for both Belgian and foreign accounts.
• Coordinate and handle post-implementation requests for cash management products (Connexis, Swift, Elink, Ebics, Cash Pool).
• Maintain an overview of all ongoing requests and update clients on progress via status meetings.
• Liaise with multiple departments within the bank, both locally and internationally, in a dynamic environment.
• Keep knowledge of products and applications up to date by training sessions.
• Manage and analyze your client portfolio to provide advice, take proactive action, and resolve recurring issues.
• Adapt to continuous change as online platforms and applications evolve.
