Keystone Solutions is seeking a Client Servicing Advisor for corporate banking to join a consultancy mission at a client site. You will represent Keystone Solutions and deliver expert services to optimize client operations in cash management and treasury solutions.

You will liaise with multiple bank departments, maintain ongoing client contact, and stay up-to-date on product applications while supporting international accounts from Belgium and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and spoken communication in Dutch, French, and English.
• Good MS Office expertise.
• Client-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Assist corporate banking clients with optimizing working capital, cash and treasury management.
• Provide direct, international, and personal service to strategic clients, managing daily inquiries for Belgian and foreign accounts.
• Coordinate post-implementation requests for cash management products (Connexis, Swift, Elink, Ebics, Cash Pool).
• Maintain overview of ongoing requests and update clients on progress in status meetings.
