Ekinops in Leuven is seeking a Field Service & Helpdesk technician to join our ICT team, delivering on-site and remote user support across a multi-site, international telecom environment.

You will handle Level 1/2 tickets, diagnose hardware and software issues, manage Windows, macOS, Linux endpoints, and support Microsoft 365 tools while working in a hybrid infrastructure; strong customer service and autonomy are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems.
• Good troubleshooting skills (hardware, OS, network).
• Usage of MDM tool (Intunes, IRU).
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi).

Responsabilités

• End-User Support (On-site & Remote): Provide Level 1/2 support to end users and diagnose hardware/software issues.
• Field Service Activities: Prepare and deploy IT equipment and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Workplace & Systems Support: Support Linux and macOS environments; assist with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Helpdesk & Ticketing: Manage tickets in ITSM/Jira; ensure proper follow-up and knowledge base updates.
• IT Operations Support: User account management (Active Directory / Entra ID) and basic network troubleshooting.
• On-site manufacturing support: ensure equipment readiness and lifecycle management.
