Job summary

Source Group International seeks a hands-on Team Lead to drive electronics and mechanical hardware development. You will manage a multidisciplinary team responsible for control electronics, PCB design, mechanical enclosures, thermal management, and system integration.

The role requires leading engineers, planning milestones, and delivering high‑quality hardware solutions across architecture, verification and software teams, with a strong emphasis on production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• At least 7 years in electronic hardware development incl. PCB design and bring-up.
• At least 2 years of engineering team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of analog, RF, mixed-signal and high-speed digital electronics.
• Oversee PCB design, hardware bring-up, testing, and mechanical/thermal integration.
• Manage risks, ensure design quality and manufacturability; stay hands-on for debugging.
