HumanInTech is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Discovery Specialist to drive digital transformation for corporate banking channels. You will gather requirements, map journeys and create business cases, guiding cross-functional teams for delivery in a hybrid Brussels setting.

Ideal candidates bring 6–10 years in consulting or client-facing roles, strong communication, and proficiency in BPMN, Excel and data-driven decision-making. English plus Dutch or French is required.

• Collaborate with channel management, marketing, product and process teams to align with strategy.
• Lead product discovery, journey mapping, MVP definition and business case prep for leadership.
• Translate business requirements into IT specifications using a user-centric, agile approach.
