Itproposal is seeking a Business Analyst to support requirements engineering, business process analysis, and collaboration with product and technical teams within a banking environment in Brussels, Belgium. You will elicit and document business requirements, work with Product Owners and Architects, and ensure traceability and clear test conditions throughout the project lifecycle.

Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required to bridge stakeholders across the bank.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and structured thinking.
• Proficiency in requirements management and engineering.
• Understanding of business process management and BPMN.
• Knowledge of data concepts and data modelling.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities.
• Solid knowledge of banking processes and workflows.
• Excellent communication in Dutch, French, and English.

Responsabilités
